Abdominal workout

Intention of the exercise: This exercise will strengthen your abdominal muscles, both static and dynamic.

Regardless of what sport it is, a strong core is essential. Exercises for gluteus up to you shoulds will strengthen your core. Abdominal training is therefore essential to maintain a good balance, control of your movements and a strong posture.

Back problems can occur if there fx is an imbalance in the back, like weak back muscles. This makes the exercise suited to prevent injury. A weak spine or back muscles can cause back pain or general pain in my back.

How to do the exercise: Lie on your back. Lift your legs and upper body off the ground. Hold this position for 20-45 sec. Sit-ups x 10-20 rep, x 1-3 series. If the exercise is to hard, try bending your legs a bit.

A great exercise to get warm. Try to keep abdominal workouts as an exercise in your training schedule every week. This will prevent you from getting back problems and it will optimize a strong body. The exercise is also great to do at home.

Recommended repetitions and set: 20” - 45” + 10 - 20 situps x 1 - 3 series.
