Los jugadores tendrán la oportunidad de estar a nivel de cancha durante el calentamiento de Carolina Ascent FC, observando de cerca la preparación, intensidad y exigencia de jugadoras profesionales antes de un partido. ⚽🔥

⏰ Punto de encuentro: Torre Gatorade a las 6:10 PM
⚽ Calentamiento: Aproximadamente 30 minutos
🏟️ Inicio del partido: 7:00 PM 👕 Vestimenta: Camiseta de su país o traje típico 🌎

Instead of our regular practice, our players will have the opportunity to be on the field during Carolina Ascent FC’s warm-up, where they can observe up close the preparation, intensity, and commitment of professional players before a match. ⚽🔥
📍 Location: Memorial Stadium ⏰ Meeting Point: Gatorade Tower at 6:10 PM ⚽ Warm-Up Experience: Approximately 30 minutes 🏟️ Kickoff: 7:00 PM 👕 Attire: Wear your country’s jersey or traditional attire 🌎
