How do I create a reduced membership fee price that apply to new members?

Open Finance and Fixed payment

1. Click on on the top left
   
2. Click on  FINANCE
3. Click on Fixed payment on the left
4. Click on the green button Create membership fee  and thenCreate fixed payment
   
   Note: To edit/add in between payments to an existing subscription, click instead on on the right of the screen next to the subscription name. Then click Edit

In the membership fee itself, you can add on/multiple in between payments.

1. Scroll down to the section Number of annual pay row
2. Find the period(s) to which you want to add an in between payment
3. Enter a date in Price after the (e.g. 1/4). The date must be AFTER the start date and BEFORE the end date of your membership fee
4. Define a price
5. Click on  Add in between payments if you want to add more in the same subscription period
6. Finish with Next at the bottom and Save
   
   Note: When adding multiple in between payments in a membership fee, it is important that the dates are always set to be AFTER the previous one. The price must be decreasing

In your overview of the club's subscription in Fixed payment you can now see the in between payments under Price after the

• TIP: If you have a club website through SportMember, the registration form for each team will indicate the cost of membership - also the here-and-now price (e.g. 0 £ if the subscription period is NOT active at the moment or also an in between payment if we are in the middle of the period)
