How do I remove blocking of a player's mail address?

If a player has got his/her email address blocked in the SportMember system, it can be the cause of different scenarios where mails from SportMember doesn't reach certain users inbox. In that case the system thinks that the email address doesn't exist.

To remove this blocking you go to the team og thereafter click "Members". Here is the coach function "Remove blocking" in the bottom of your screen. Click this, and you get an overview of mail adresses that are blocked in the system. Now you have the option of removing the blocking.

If the user still doesn't receive mails from SportMember, then contact [email protected].
