How do I make address and birthday mandatory?

How do members sign up?

There are several ways members can join a club on SportMember:

- Via the club's website

- Via the homepage of, when searching for a team

Regardless of how you register/apply for membership, you as the club administrator can decide that you MUST fill in your address and birthday when registering

There's no answer to this question related to the use of SportMember from the app.

Go to Club settings

  1. Click on  Tools at the bottom left
  2. Go to Club settings
  3. Click on Membership Management on the left
  4. Enable Address, birthday and mobile are required fields when signing up
